IT Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Install, configure and administer Microsoft, Linux Servers using best practices in virtual environments with Hyper-V and Physical Servers

·         Migrations and Updates of Operating Systems

·         Security Policy Implementation

·         Create and maintain documentation of systems processes and procedures

Administration of System Backups

·         Design, deploy and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure (office365)

·         Maintenance, configuration and administration of networking infrastructure (routing, firewalling, VPNs and load-balancing)

·         Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements

·         Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.

·         Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance

·         Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans

·         Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members

·         Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols

·         Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems

·         Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well

 

 

Requirements

 

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft products Hyper V platform, Virtualization, Active directory/DNS, Routing and switching protocols / Group policy

·         Office365 administration.

·         Experiences in firewalls, (watchguard) Internet VPN’s and backup platforms.

(Veeam suite and backup exec)

·         Experiences in databases SQL and ORACLE

·         Previous working experience in similar position for at least 5 years

·         Ability to travel to our company sites.

·         Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended
