Trenkwalder is currently seeking for a dynamic professional sales consultant  to cover the following position:

Job description

  • Identify new / potential clients within the area of responsibility. Connect and build the relationship by promoting the TRENKWALDER services
  • Maintain the existing client portfolio via strong networking and cross selling of services and solutions.
  • Plan and implement the sales activity.
  • Be up-to-date with local market developments, including market intelligence, market trends, competition activity, market / client potential.
  • Implement the pricing policy of TRENKWALDER and be able to defend proposed pricing model during the client.
  • Prepare business offers, runs the negotiations, draws up tenders, contracts and coordinates their implementation.
  • Monitor the full cycle of sales & project delivery: identify the opportunity, connect with client, build the added value proposition, present it and negotiate, close the sale by signing the contract, support the delivery teams (recruitment & administration) with all necessary information, support invoicing /collection process and follow up with the customer to confirm his experience and end of service as per the contract agreement.
  • Perform credit analysis per client, in order to ensure their ability to pay on time and reduce the risk for TRENKWALDER.
  • Serve the existing customers in all aspects.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in a Sales position is mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written).
  • PC-literate (MS-Office applications).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving & analysis.
  • Teamwork mentality.
